2. Our Services
We specialise in the repair of phones, tablets, and small electronics. We also offer related retail items such as cases, chargers, and accessories.
All repairs are carried out by qualified technicians using professional-grade parts and tools.
3. Booking & Payments
We may require a diagnostic fee or deposit before work begins. This fee is non-refundable once diagnostic work has been completed.
Full payment is required when you collect your device unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, or approved electronic payments.
Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed before work begins.
4. Repair Terms
We will always inform you of the estimated cost and turnaround time before starting the repair.
Times given for repairs are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability or additional faults found.
If your device has prior damage, liquid exposure, or third-party repair work, we cannot be held responsible for any further issues arising during or after the repair.
Data loss can occur during repair. We strongly recommend backing up your data before handing over your device. We are not liable for lost data unless proven due to negligence.
5. Warranty
Repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering the specific part(s) replaced and the labour associated with that repair.
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, liquid damage, or further user-caused faults after collection.
Software issues or third-party interference.
Devices damaged due to misuse or further tampering.
Screen protectors, cases, and accessories are not covered under this warranty.
6. Uncollected Devices
We will notify you when your device is ready for collection.
Devices not collected within 90 days of completion may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, as permitted by UK law.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with a repair, please contact us within 7 days of collection.
We will inspect the device and, if covered by warranty, repair or replace the faulty part at no cost.
Refunds are only issued when a repair cannot reasonably be completed or replaced.
8. Liability
While we take the utmost care with every device, we are not liable for data loss, existing damage worsening, or issues unrelated to the repair.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement part supplied.
9. Personal Data
We collect personal data such as your name, contact details, and device information solely for service purposes. Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Website Use
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without permission.
We are not responsible for any external links or third-party sites mentioned on our website or social media.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
